Ingredients:
| 1 Tbsp Butter |
| 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar |
| 3 Red Apple, Peeled and cubed 1cm |
| 250g Butter |
| 150g Brown Sugar |
| 3 Eggs |
| 300g Low Gluten Flour |
| 2 Tsp Baking Powder |
| 1 Tsp Sodium Bicarbonate |
| 1 Tsp Salt |
| 60ml Fresh Milk |
| 1/2 Tsp Ground Nugmet |
| 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinammon |

| Heat up the pan with 1 tbsp butter and brown sugar, simmer it over low heat till the sugar dissolved. | Add the diced apple and simmer for 2 minutes over low heat, off the heat and keep aside. | Mix the Baking Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate and Baking Powder well in advance. |

| Cream the butter and brown sugar in the mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy./td> | Add the beaten eggs gradually and beat tills well combined. | Add the milk and salt and mix well. |

| Add the ground nugmet and ground cinammon and mix well. | Fold in the flour mixture with spatula in one direction. | Add the apple mixture and mix well. |

| Fill the muffin cup with butter mixture about 80% full . | Preheat the oven first before baking. Then bake it at 170 degree celcius for 45 minutes. |
