[Fresh seafood cuisine] - Water Boiled Murex

The water boiled murx is my favorite dish and I used to enjoy it in the seafood restaurant at Bukit Tambun.

Ingredients:
1kg Murex
1 Teaspoon Salt

Sauces:
2 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic

Method:
Rinsed the murex and drained it.Add the chili sauce and chooped garlic and mix well.Bring a pot of water tp a boiled, add the murex and simmer for 10 minutes over medium hear. Drain and serve it while it is hot.
