A simple and delicious fried fish with ground turmeric. The yellow and brown grouper fillet is best served with white rice. |
Ingredients:
250g Grouper Fillet |
Marinated Sauce:
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder |
1/2 Teaspoon Salt |
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice |
Method:
Rub the fish with marinated sauce and set aside for about 30 minutes. | Heat 1 teaspoon of cooking oil into the frying pan . | Add the grouper fillet to the pan and brown well. | Brown well on the other side as well. Serve it with white rice. |
