Ingredients:
100g Butter |
200g Cream Cheese |
200g Flour |
80g Caster Sugar |
120ml Milk |
2 Eggs |
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder |
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice |
Method:
Cream the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat it until soft. | |||
Add the butter and beat it till soft. | |||
Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. | |||
Beat in 1 egg at a time. Beat very well. | |||
Add milk and beat till well combined. | |||
Add lemon juice and beat till well combined. | |||
Fold the sifted flout and baking powder into the mixture. | |||
Spoon the mixture into the muffin paper cups and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. |
