The water boiled murx is my favorite dish and I used to enjoy it in the seafood restaurant at Bukit Tambun. |
Ingredients:
1kg Murex |
1 Teaspoon Salt |
Sauces:
2 Tablespoon Chili Sauce |
1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic |
Method:
Rinsed the murex and drained it. | Add the chili sauce and chooped garlic and mix well. | Bring a pot of water tp a boiled, add the murex and simmer for 10 minutes over medium hear. Drain and serve it while it is hot. |
