Japanese Tofu with Minced Pork

I like the texture of Japanese Tofu, it is soft and smooth enough. It is easy to prepare and you can serve it with white rice.

Ingredients:
1 Packet Japanese Tofu, Cut into 1cm slide
100g Minced Pork
1 Teaspoon Grated Garlic

Seasonings:
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Soy Bean Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Soy Bean Sauce
120ml (1/2 Cup) Water
1 Teaspoon Cornflour


Method:

Prepare the ingredients as shown above.
Heat up the pan and add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Then add the Japanese Tofu.
Deep fried both surface to golden color and set aside.

Heat up the pan again with 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and add grated garlic. Then add the minced pork and cook till done.
Add the seasonings and cook till sauce thickens.
Add the sauce on the Japanese Tofu and serve.
