[Baking] Cheese Muffin

Here is the Cheese Muffin for cheese lover.

Ingredients:
100g Butter
200g Cream Cheese
200g Flour
80g Caster Sugar
120ml Milk
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice


Method:
Cream the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat it until soft.

Add the butter and beat it till soft.

Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in 1 egg at a time. Beat very well.

Add milk and beat till well combined.

Add lemon juice and beat till well combined.

Fold the sifted flout and baking powder into the mixture.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin paper cups and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
