| Here is the Cheese Muffin for cheese lover. |
Ingredients:
| 100g Butter |
| 200g Cream Cheese |
| 200g Flour |
| 80g Caster Sugar |
| 120ml Milk |
| 2 Eggs |
| 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder |
| 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice |
Method:
| Cream the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat it until soft. | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
| Add the butter and beat it till soft. | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
| Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
