Banana Butter Cake

If you like butter cake, I would like to recommend this banana favour. As usual like other butter cake, it is pretty to simple to prepare.

Ingredients:
250g Butter
230g Caster Sugar
5 Egg
1 Tablespoon Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
200g Banana (3-4 Units), Mashed
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
280g Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Bananas, Sliced


Utensils:
2 Load Pans (200 x 98 x 50 mm)


Method:

Prepare the rest of the ingredients as shown on the right diagram. The banana is sliced as shown.Banana Butter Cake (7).jpg

Fold in the flour and baking powder with spatula in one direction, either clockwise or anti-clockwise.Banana Butter Cake (21).jpgPhotobucketBanana Butter Cake (22).jpg
Pile the cake mixture into loaf pan. Add the sliced banana on top of mixture as decoration. Bake at 180 degree celcius for 45-50 minutes.Banana Butter Cake (23).jpgPhotobucketBanana Butter Cake (26).jpg

  6. there's an ovenette unused in our kitchen, been dreaming to use it but I'm afraid bout monitoring the temp. so, I really wanted to know how you control the temperature? Did u turn off the power to keep the temp?
