| Here is the Cheese Muffin for cheese lover. | 
Ingredients:
| 100g Butter | 
| 200g Cream Cheese | 
| 200g Flour | 
| 80g Caster Sugar | 
| 120ml Milk | 
| 2 Eggs | 
| 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder | 
| 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice | 
Method:
| Cream the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat it until soft. | |||
| Add the butter and beat it till soft. | |||
| Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. | |||
| Beat in 1 egg at a time. Beat very well. | |||
| Add milk and beat till well combined. | |||
| Add lemon juice and beat till well combined. | |||
| Fold the sifted flout and baking powder into the mixture. | |||
| Spoon the mixture into the muffin paper cups and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. |
