[World's 50 most delicious drinks] - Fructus Momordicae Winter Melon Dessert / Air Mata Kucing

It has been proud that the Air Mata Kucing has been selected as one of World's 50 most delicious drinks by CNNGo.

Ingredients:

300g Winter Melon Stick

2 Fructus Momordicae (Luo Han Guo)

50g Dried Longan Pulp

150g Sugar Candy

2 Litre Water

Method:

Prepare the ingredients as shown above, smashed the Fructus Momordicae and fill it in a filter bag.	Pour in water in a deep pot and bring to boil. Add the Winter Melon Stick and Fructus Momordicae.	Simmer it over low heat for 1 hour. Add the Dried Longan Pulp and simmer for another 15 minutes.	Add the sugar candy till it dissolved completely and turn off heat. Serve it either hold or cold drink.
