| 200g Dried Anchovies(Ikan Bilis) | 
| 10 Garlic Clove (Skinned) | 
| 2 Liter Water | 
Method:

| Rinse the dried anchovies and drain the water. | Bringing water to the boil, add dried anchovies and garlic clove, simmer for 45 minutes. Turn off heat and remove the dried anchovies. Ready to be used. |
